I purchased a 2009 Cube last week and can not say enough about the customer service I received. Tierney Muscatel is the best! I had a very negative experience with Santa Rosa Nissan and walked out while car shopping (I yelped my experience for Northbay as well as Santa Rosa). Tierney's low-key approach and ability to read what the customer needs was greatly appreciated. I never once felt like I was dealing with a "slick car salesperson." From the moment I walked through your doors I felt like my business was valued. From Julie/Cashier, to Dan and Matt/Parts & Service, I was treated like a VIP. Every staff member who passed said hello. There was a professional yet relaxed vibe. Dear Nissan Sales Manager,

This letter concerns Mark Brill - Salesman. This was a remote deal. Mark called me within ten minutes after I contacted the Northbay Dealership. He devoted his time to helping me find the right car in my price range. He answered each and every question with good product knowledge. He went back and forth at least half a dozen times to check on this and that. At least the deal is done and we move on to finance - EEK- Well despite finance luckily it's a cash deal - We failed to receive our overnight packet - Mark to the rescue? He managed to work through all of that and my New Sentra 2.0s is on its way and I am so happy. This was a remote 4 day deal but Mark called at least once each day.

Having owned eight Nissans since 1981, we won't consider going to another dealership other than North Bay Nissan (formally Novato Datsun). Why bother? We have a great longstanding relationship.

In the beginning, we'd visit the premises 5-6 times looking at catalogues and checking the specs and prices. We weren't accosted by high pressure salespeople. They were very helpful and didn't irritate us. We were careful consumers. We learned early on that Nissans were quality vehicles and we got our value's worth. In the last few purchases we knew North Bay would give us a good deal so we didn't even bother "researching" the product's price. We just had to decide on the amenities and the color of our Nissan. North Bay Nissan had gained our trust.

Randy Tong, North Bay; Service Manager, is the major reason we are repeat customers. We go back to the Novato Datsun days. He and his crew always gave us dependable service. The service charges were fair and we knew we weren't being taken to the cleaners. It's comforting to know Randy is still looking after our interests.

A trusting relationship begets loyalty. Why else would we be repeat customers?

North Bay Nissan is truly a fantastic dealership with an excellent service department. They have taken excellent care of us and that's why I am a happy and satisfied customer.

In 1985, we bought our first car from Novato Nissan (North Bay Nissan). It was a Stanza, and we had it until 1998 when we sold it and bought a Sentra. In 2001, we bought another car, a Maxima.

Our Daughter also has bought several cars from your dealership, her first one when she was in College, and recently she purchased a truck from North Bay Nissan.

It is always such an accomplishment each time one of your children reaches a milestone if their lives. One of those milestones is when they learn to drive, the next one High School and college and then finally when they purchase (on their own) their first new car. Not only was it her first exposure to a car dealership but it was also my best buying experience of any automobile purchase I have ever made.

Tierney lead the way by making her feel at home at North Bay Nissan helping her choose between the two models she wanted to look at, then giving her everything she needed to make her buying decision without pressure.
